Never ever ever am I going to eat rice cakes again. So last night I was sick till about 11pm, with such bad stomach pain right up near my ribs wrapping around my back. This morning I woke up still feeling sick with the horrible pain. So I called in sick to work and stayed in bed till midday-ish till the pain subsided. I’ve had very plain food today so far toast and jam in the morning, pitta and humous, avocado, kiwi, raspberry salad and lentil chips. I have found in the past that if I don’t eat or snack throughout the day it makes me feel worse but tonight is the first time I feel human again. I’ve done our Aldi shopping so should be good for the week now and have planned out what we are eating each day.
I do keep worrying about my night out Friday after the weekend it makes me more nervous to drink and I might just not bother at all, see how I feel later on in the week. I think its not worth it especially if this happens again all weekend. I did not go to the gym today as running to the toilet in between sets isn’t my thing, I have put down a upper body workout that I would have done today. Question is do I do a double tomorrow or not ?

- Warm up: Rower 10 minutes
- Rotator cuff warm ups
- Dumbbell shoulder press – one at a time holding one in the air
- Front raise into Latt raise
- Tricep dips – knees bent against seat
- Dumbbell flys
- Latt pull downs
- Dumbbell rows
- Supermans / hyperextensions
