Wooooo I finally made it to the gym. Long long day though 10am till 9pm and tomorrow 6 am start so bed for me quickly. But at least I have a workout plan from today so we are getting back on it finally. Short and sweet workout in my break
Leg Day workout 3 Sets x 10 Reps each
- Dumbbell front squat into straight leg deadlift
- Goodmorning into lunges
- Hipthrust
- Cable abdonimal twist
- Side abbductor and aductors lunges
