I promise I will start back at the gym tomorrow. I didn’t go toadying my excuse is because my phone died completely and no one has a spare charger at work and no one can run without music right? Not my best excuse in the world but I finish work at 6:30 and so did my boyfriend for once so means we can have dinner before 9pm tonight. Tomorrow I will be back and I will be doing legs so least I’ll have some sort of workout listed. I just can’t think of anything worse than running with no headphones in peak time where I work. The unsociable me really isn’t a fan. Tomorrow will be a better day but my diet has improved a lot more.
- Breakfast: Tofu, Toast, Little bit avocado
- Snack: Dried Mango and Lychees
- Lunch: Chunky Vegetable Soup
- Snack: Lentil Chips
Dinner: Homemade Chicken Burrito
