Another day at work but a really good day at the gym. I’m really starting to love training upper body hopefully in the next few weeks I’ll start to see more and more improvments. Food for today I’ve been pretty well behaved, cereal in the morning, tuna and salad lunch and turkey risoto for dinner with my rice cakes for snacking – only becasue its chinese take away tomrrow I have to be good .
