Sunday the day of cleaning

I am so tired. For a sunday it was very productive but not relaxing I felt like from the moment i woke up and gotout of bed I had loads of stuff to tick off my list. I feel like i need another day off just to catch up.

Today I will not be writing much as it 21:13 and its time for me to watch a film and drink my tea. I didn’t pudding either today but everyone else could apparently when your lactose intollertant and allergic to foods your punished but watching other eat nice foods without you and now all i want is ice cream and eton mess.

Todays workout was a killer:

  • Warm up: Incline walk 5 minutes
  • HITT: Incline Sprints – I die

Abdominal Circuit one

  • Cable crunches
  • Leg lifts/ Butt Ups
  • Side plank crunches
  • Medicine ball feed-throughs with bicycle kicks

Abdominal circuit two

  • Knee Tucks
  • Starfish crunches
  • Scissor kicks
  • Oblique twists
