The third Monday of the year in January is known as the most depressing day of the year. Blue Monday. I didn’t even know that it was the so-called most depressing day of the year and I felt like crap all day until it was time to train tonight. I can blame it on the Monday blues and not my mardy self really. I don’t know why but today I felt really self-conscious like I looked too manly in the shoulders too wide and short on the abdominal and fat all over my back. Does anyone else have these days where they start to pick at themselves for a short moment and then just laugh at them self after for being so crazy? Maybe red legging day wasn’t for me today. Tomorrow I will be switching it up and do my 5km and my leg day on Wednesday see how I feel with my legs. Plus I want fajitas tomorrow and I think my boyfriend will be home before 9pm so we can actually have something nice to eat instead of rushing. Hopefully, while he’s reading this he might even one day make me dinner. A girl can only dream 😉 But thank you to him because I don’t wash up anymore so he is helpful really.
Today’s workout was a back day, with minimal shoulder exercises especially from the norm. My shoulder has been bothering me so this is a note to myself to keep an eye on it. I’m going to be giving the blog a bit of a revamp soon going self -hosted hopefully and adding more pictures.
