03.01.2019 Long day to day at work but was able to get a upper body workout in just before work. 02.01.2019 So Christmas and New Year have gone way too fast and now its back to reality, back at work but luckily working at a gym (especially this time of year) its pretty busy. The Journey Begins with Leg Day

01.01.2019 Happy New Year ! First training session of the year and first ever blog. I Found it really hard this morning to get myself out of bed and to the gym.
