Straight after work I got a workout in and focused on isolation exercises for glutes. I have part of the workout on my instagram that Ill link below but I should figure out tomrrow how to add phots and videos. If anyone can help me or give me tips on how to add photos from a MAC, beacuse I still have no clue. Motivation for today came from my new pair of Lululemons the grey camo full length wunder under leggings. Ive wanted them for so long after seeing my inspo Brittany Perille – I will get her back one day and a ass.
Workout 10 reps x 4 sets
- Warm up: Cross trainer 10 minutes
- Stright leg dead lift into front squat – using 10kg dumbell
- Split Leg Lunge
- Resistant band abductors
- Cable stiff leg dead lifts
- Sliders lunges
- Resistant bands hip thrust into frogpumps into donkey kicks
Resistant bands used where the beautify Gracefituk bands and they really are worth the money . I have only used the pink ones but I cant use any other bands now. The sliders are cheap blue ones from Tiger Tiger but I think its time I replace them now.
Saturdays are my rest days for the week but I will be posting on her and have a couple ideas of what I want to write and figure out with this blog. Hopefully I’ll make a few changes on her and re do a couple of paragraphs but any suggestions on what to write on my rest days ways welcome, so far I have:
- Review Leggings – Gymshark, Alphalete, lululemon,
- Lactose intollerence and current diet restrictions
- People who insprire me physically and mentally
- Juicer Review – If I buy one
