Jelly Legs

15/01/2019 Not sure who I am right now doing my blog in the middle of the day but I have done my legs this morning, recorded and took photos for Instagram. I like this little productive George. 14/01/2019 This morning was a pretty productive day today. Felt like I did enough work and got my workout done this morning so I can chill out and have my kiddy meal for dinner. Im actually quiet proud of myself today with my eating. I had pitta and hummous for break ast and a really nice home made breakfast bar from a collgue (I’ll have toget the recipe and share it on here). 11/01/2019 Today was 1000 times better than yesterday. It’s amazing what sleep and a good day at work can do but writing this at 22:20 is probably too late now to think properly. I didn’t do legs today I did something even better Les mills Sprint and pole dancing. Not my best Day with a bit of back

10/01/2019 Having one of those days when someone breathing could irritate you, but I did perk up at 7 pm, an hour before my shift finished so might have something to do with that. Anywho I’ve tracked my food for today and did better than yesterday but worse with water so give it another go. Had tofu and toast this morning and mushroom soup in the day. Tomb Rader Training

09/01/2019 After this week it will be pretty obvious what days I train what because I’m a creature of habit. It was of course cardio day and a tiny bit of abs to finish with. But I finally start to track my food today and did miserable bad. I forgot to have my lunch again at workout so in total by dinner I ate 716 calories.
