Today was 1000 times better than yesterday. It’s amazing what sleep and a good day at work can do but writing this at 22:20 is probably too late now to think properly. I didn’t do legs today I did something even better Les mills Sprint and pole dancing. So in the true fashion of me doing this blog, I set it all up and on Sunday I will re-read it all and change all my mistakes enjoy my bullet points from today ❤
- Work 6am till 2pm
- Wash car finally
- Apply for a job
- Go to Les mills sprint (back to work)
- Do a small work out run through of the gym with my sister
- Pole Dancing 7:30pm till 9pm
- Had a bad dinner of Turkish take awy and back to bed
