Boulder Shoulders

14/01/2019 This morning was a pretty productive day today. Felt like I did enough work and got my workout done this morning so I can chill out and have my kiddy meal for dinner. Im actually quiet proud of myself today with my eating. I had pitta and hummous for break ast and a really nice home made breakfast bar from a collgue (I’ll have toget the recipe and share it on here). Then i had my famous tuna lettauce tacos with chill mayonaise ontop <3. For dinner I had my first veggie nugget and chips like a kid haha. … Continue reading Boulder Shoulders

Gymshark Gymwear

12/01/2019 Saturday comes and goes way too fast but I do love a good pamper session. Boyfriend is at the football so it means all the peace and quiet for a good couple of hours to have facemasks, lush bath and wash my hair. So last week I talk about my diet and how I’m slowly changing it because of my recent known allergy to dairy, eggs and other foods. The one thing that has made me really excited now is the vegan option at M&S which I saw on a friends Instagram makes me very happy because I’ve missed … Continue reading Gymshark Gymwear

09/01/2019 After this week it will be pretty obvious what days I train what because I’m a creature of habit. It was of course cardio day and a tiny bit of abs to finish with. But I finally start to track my food today and did miserable bad. I forgot to have my lunch again at workout so in total by dinner I ate 716 calories. With the snack of crips late at night added, probably wasn’t over 1000 calories for the day. Tomorrow I will be taking my break at 4 to have lunch and sit in a different … Continue reading Tomb Rader Training

The most relaxed day off ever

08/01/2019 Happy Tuesday! This morning I was up before 08:00 am to make breakfast and get ready to go get my hair done. I’ve been asking a few friends recently of what alternative to having in the morning with toast instead of eggs. I picked up a couple different spices and herbs to try out scrambled tofu. I picked up Clearspring Organic Tofu from Aldi couple days ago and tbh I was very suspicious at first. It looks hella weird when getting it out f the carton and for some reason, I thought it would be more solid?? It’s more … Continue reading The most relaxed day off ever

HITT them Chesticles

07/01/2019 Just another Monday. I defiantly woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning with the Monday blues, but tomorrow is my day off! Today I worked, worked out and ate the same meals (King Prawn Lettuce Tacos). Since I was running late for work it only gave me 40 minutes to workout and 5 minutes to get ready work – was not looking my best that day. So I deiced to change my routine and train chest instead of my usual back and shoulder. Monday was going to be my motivational day, to start back the … Continue reading HITT them Chesticles
