13/01/2019 Sunday fun day without the walkies and Starbucks. More of a Sunday clean up, cook and food shop kinda day. Don’t know why it has been super busy today but I’m currently in bed watching The Lion King and editing everything that was uploaded on here through the week. 12/01/2019 Saturday comes and goes way too fast but I do love a good pamper session. 11/01/2019 Today was 1000 times better than yesterday. It’s amazing what sleep and a good day at work can do but writing this at 22:20 is probably too late now to think properly. I didn’t do legs today I did something even better Les mills Sprint and pole dancing. 10/01/2019 Having one of those days when someone breathing could irritate you, but I did perk up at 7 pm, an hour before my shift finished so might have something to do with that. Anywho I’ve tracked my food for today and did better than yesterday but worse with water so give it another go. Had tofu and toast this morning and mushroom soup in the day. Tomb Rader Training

09/01/2019 After this week it will be pretty obvious what days I train what because I’m a creature of habit. It was of course cardio day and a tiny bit of abs to finish with. But I finally start to track my food today and did miserable bad. I forgot to have my lunch again at workout so in total by dinner I ate 716 calories. With the snack of crips late at night added, probably wasn’t over 1000 calories for the day. 08/01/2019 Happy Tuesday! This morning I was up before 08:00 am to make breakfast and get ready to go get my hair done. I’ve been asking a few friends recently of what alternative to having in the morning with toast instead of eggs. I picked up a couple different spices and herbs to try out scrambled tofu. I picked up Clearspring Organic Tofu from Aldi couple days ago and tbh I was very suspicious at first. 07/01/2019 Just another Monday. I defiantly woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning with the Monday blues, but tomorrow is my day off! Today I worked, worked out and ate the same meals (King Prawn Lettuce Tacos). 05.01.2019 Saturday is finally here and that means rest day! I actually don’t mind working Saturdays I’ve worked them for so long now I wouldn’t know what to do with myself if I had them off but I’m more than happy to see it gone once I’ve finished work. Working at my local gym gives me the benefit of training just before or after work without travelling most of the time but on Saturdays I just go straight home, get changed in comfy clothes quickly, stay at home, watch TV and then slap on some fake tan.
