Superset Leg day

23/01/2019 Such a long day today at work, I felt like it kept dragging on and on. I started my workout at half 10 and I don’t finish work till half 8 tonight. I want to start taking my cut really seriously, so I have probably spent around £100 on shakes and pre workout and stuff. 22/01/2019 Ohw wow it is freezing here tonight in the UK and after my run today after work all i want to do is snuggle up into bed. Felt like I was flying today when running listened to Ricky Martin and JLo and I was in the mood. I did my usually fun run in 30 minutes I never change the speed of my run maybe I should now start to increase. Not sure how accurate it is but the machine says I burnt 370 calories. Blue Back Day

21/01/2019 The third Monday of the year in January is known as the most depressing day of the year. Blue Monday. I didn’t even know that it was the so-called most depressing day of the year and I felt like crap all day until it was time to train tonight. Sunday the day of cleaning

19/01/2019 I’ve had another relaxing Saturday. Work in the morning, shopping in theafternoon and date night tonight with a lot of food and lactose tablets. Light Legs Baby !

18/01/2019 Sometimes its just nice to stretch out the legs and do some light workout. Put your headphones in and ignore the world – or try too at least. Today I used nothing more than 15kg and my grace fit resistance bands (pink). My legs have been killing me since Tuesday’s workout and my run on Wednesday. Peck Deck Thursday

17/01/2019 Short and sweet today because it’s my day off tomorrow  so all I did today was go hospital in the morning and work late. I was able to squeeze in a quick bit of chest before work and a small breakfast at asda. My worst run of 2019

16/01/2019 Why, why why ?? Why do I leave it till gone 10pm to try and write a blog like I dont struggle with english any way let alone when I’m tired. Today was problaly the worst run I have done so far this year. I did do my 5km in 30 minutes but it was a real struggle today, my legs were killing me from yesterday’s leg workout. Jelly Legs

15/01/2019 Not sure who I am right now doing my blog in the middle of the day but I have done my legs this morning, recorded and took photos for Instagram. I like this little productive George. Boulder Shoulders

14/01/2019 This morning was a pretty productive day today. Felt like I did enough work and got my workout done this morning so I can chill out and have my kiddy meal for dinner. Im actually quiet proud of myself today with my eating. I had pitta and hummous for break ast and a really nice home made breakfast bar from a collgue (I’ll have toget the recipe and share it on here).
