10/02/19 Had such good lie in this morning didn’t get out of bed till 10am, breakfast made and lunch made this morning for the man, quick hour at the gym and a nice walk before watching the six nations. 03/02/19 Sunday is my favourite day of the week. No alarm the morning, nice chilled breakfast with whatever I want, clean up a little bit before the gym then its chill time. 25/01/2019 Longest week of my life, I needed this day off just to get away from computers. This morning was so nice to get up have no washing or cleaning up to do, just chill out have breakfast (toast and jam) weekly Aldi food shopping wasn’t a thing this week. 14/01/2019 This morning was a pretty productive day today. Felt like I did enough work and got my workout done this morning so I can chill out and have my kiddy meal for dinner. Im actually quiet proud of myself today with my eating. 09/01/2019 After this week it will be pretty obvious what days I train what because I’m a creature of habit. It was of course cardio day and a tiny bit of abs to finish with. But I finally start to track my food today and did miserable bad. I forgot to have my lunch again at workout so in total by dinner I ate 716 calories. With the snack of crips late at night added, probably wasn’t over 1000 calories for the day. I’ve been asking a few friends recently of what alternative to having in the morning with toast instead of eggs. I picked up a couple different spices and herbs to try out scrambled tofu. 07/01/2019 Just another Monday. I defiantly woke up on the wrong side of the bed this morning with the Monday blues, but tomorrow is my day off! Today I worked, worked out and ate the same meals (King Prawn Lettuce Tacos).
